  1. Job Summary:

The key purpose is to lead a sales team of Sales finance products in assigned areas, develop strategic sales plans, drive growth in the installment loan market to reach good volume and seek possible opportunities to promote and improve point of sales. The role is also responsible for hiring, training the sales team to perform respective sales calls process professionally and effectively.

  1. Key Roles & Responsibilities


  1. Sales operation planning, management, and monitoring at the point of Sales:
    • Set up SMART targets for the sales team and contributing to company sales finance.
    • Proactively propose or contribute to micro-marketing in Sales Finance.
    • Update the effective tendency in the market and follow up on the activities in the store/center/point of sales.
    • Monitor daily sales volume to ensure alignment with company goals.
    • Implement and oversee sales processes to ensure that the sales plan, events, activities, etc…will be well briefed to teams, and will be completely & effectively executed.
  2. Sales analysis and report:
    • Perform sales analysis on monthly basis, ensuring both gaps and potentials are identified, and proper action will be taken to maximize sales achievement in point of Sales.
    • Record the result analysis sales metrics annual month, quarter, year and prepare reports for the Sales Manager.
  3. Team management:

•    Ensure incentive schemes are properly run, the best performers will be recognized and rewarded.
•    Hire, training and support for sales team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
•    Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
•    Conduct termination of agents on account of non-performance / disciplinary issues 
•    Implement others process, which helps improve process efficiency in recruiting, training

  1. Qualification
  • University Graduate, Business Management or Marketing subjects are advantages

2. Work Experience

  • At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience

3. Knowledge

  • Financing, banking knowledge

4. Skills


  • Teamwork spirit motivation skill
  • Competencies: Sales, Leadership, Analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, communication, training and people assessment
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Access) and knowledge of CRM
  • Solid command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese
