Job Summary
The key purpose is to lead a sales team in a customer service center and sales. This includes the responsibility of coaching, training the sales team to perform respective sales calls process professionally and effectively. Especially sales target, COA, productivities and Fraud..
The role is also responsible for seeking possible opportunities to promote and improve Fields Sales
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Sales planning: Setting up SMART target for sales team, contributing to company sales forecast. Proactively propose/ contribute to micro-marketing.
2. Sales execution: The role will require ensure that the sales plan, events, activities… are well briefed to sales team, and will be completely & effectively executed in the field.
3. Sales analysis: To perform sales analysis on monthly basis, ensuring both gaps and potentials are identified and proper action will be taken to maximize sales achievement.
4. Team motivation: To ensure incentive schemes are properly run, the best performers will be recognized and rewarded
Job Requirements
- Education Background: Bachelor Degree, Business Management major is preferable
- Minimum Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years sales management experience, experience in sales retail is preferable.)
- Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge , Skill, Abilities)
- Basic knowledge : Basic knowledge of financial services.
- Competencies : Sales, Leadership, Analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, communication
- Computer skill :MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Languages capability : English communication at basic level
