Job Title:  Sales Manager - Third Parties Management

Division:  Sales

Job Summary

  • Maintain relationship with current partners, ensure partners’ operational activities and business results
  • Search and sign contracts with potential partners
  • In charge of tasks relating to maintaining and expanding partners’ activities: contract drafting, verifying, training.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Sales Planning:


  • Build up criteria to evaluate and select partners.
  • Set up plans to develop partners in terms of quantity and quality


  1. Sales Implementation:


  • Draft up contracts
  • Build up operational processes relating to partners
  • Check & verify sales results, take part in preparing commission payment documents for partners
  • Ensure sales plans are cascaded down to the sales teams in all partners
  • Motivate and support partners to reach agreed sales target


  1. Business Analysis:


  • Conduct periodic business analysis, ensuring shortcomings and potential business opportunities are clearly identified. Besides, the right action plan must be implemented to optimize business performance.


  1. Other ad-hoc assigned tasks

Job Requirements

  1. Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably majoring in Business Administration or Marketing)


  1. Experience



  • At least 2 – 3 years of experience at relevant positions
  • At least 5 years of experience in consumer finance industry
  1. Knowledge


  • Strong knowledge of finance - banking
  1. Skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Computer Literacy: MS Office (Word, Excel, Access) and strong knowledge of CRM
  • English proficiency (especially Speaking & Writing)
