  1. Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable Product Support Executive who will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

The task of Product Support Executive will include bookkeeping and mentoring office administration. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. He/she will be self-motivated and trustworthy.

  1. Key Roles & Responsibilities

The Product Support Executive performs a wide range of duties including some or all of the following:

  1. Support Sales team in Incentive, commission (30%)
  • Processing agent’s commission calculation following company’s policy
  • Calculating the incentive schemes.
  1. Calculation of personal income tax (10%)
  • Prepare monthly calculation of personal income tax for agent as per prevailing tax regulations, especially "05_KK_TNCN" tax form, "Bang ke TNCN" of agent.
  • Prepare data, print Personal Income Tax Deduction Invoice & Income Statement
  1. Manages expenses and payments (20%)
  • Monitor actual payment and estimation for further improvement process.
  • Manages staff expense requests
  • Assists in purchase orders and invoicing
  • Handles expenses and billing cycles
  1. Manage data, documents and office supplies (20%)
  • Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
  • Manage photocopies, files, documents
  • Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed
  1. Supporting the meetings, events (10%)
  • Scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms
  • Assists in planning and arranging events (if any)
  • Creates agendas and takes meeting notes
  1. Be ready for internal and external audit queries regarding to agent’s commission payout (10%)

III. Job Requirements

  1. Qualification
  • University Degree majored in Business Administration/Finance & Banking or any related major
  1. Work Experience
  • Experience as administrator, especially in HR or finance team is more favorable
  1. Knowledge
  • Knowledge of Retail banking - Consumer finance: products, policies and processes
  • System: Loan management
  • Execute and monitor business performance
  • Maintain operation of Sales Finance product, manage dealer, control product list & price
  1. Skills
  • Good problem’s solving abilities, able to troubleshoot issues
  • System operation and management
  • An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving.
  • English - Upper-intermediate
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Access) and knowledge of CRM
