Job Title:  Online Customer Engagement Team Head

Job Summary

The Online Customer Engagement Team Head plays ownership role to promote Shinhan Finance business through content and stories in online platforms by developing, executing content strategy and monitoring the effectiveness that meets company’s goal of lead generation and brand awareness via engagement and conversion.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Be responsible for all online content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads that deliver sales and customer retention (website, social networks, 3rd online parties)

Utilize user experience (UX), audience insights and conversion rate optimization methods to turn visitors into more active users and improve conversion optimization and organic acquisition performance

Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools is a must: Google/Bing Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics

Have an in-depth knowledge of keyword research, understand SEO copywriting and can collaborate with relevant teams/vendors (if applicable) to manage an effective SEO content development

Develop an integrated content plan including website, community page post, social media, infographic, guest posts, etc. for marketing campaigns to promote high engagement, strong brand awareness and sales delivery

Propose, design and organize Content Management programs in innovation approach to contribute effectively to the Company and the Division’s goals from the side of online channels

Adhere to the internal policies and procedures to ensure brand image, as well as to ensure consistency with company brand voice, style and tone

Be responsible of watching social interactions regarding company brand to ensure brand health and quickly cooperate with relevant department to apply corrective or recovery actions for company reputation and positive customer experience

Job Requirements

1. Education background

Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or related field.

2. Minimum Experience

At least 03-04 years proven working experience in content generation for Digital Marketing, Social Media Content Marketing, preferable in financial service sector

Demonstrate experience managing content for SEO/SEM, social marketing, marketing database, marketing email, social media, DSP, supporting, etc

3. Knowledge, Competencies, Skills

Adept at keyword placement and SEO best practices.

Highly computer literate and advanced knowledge of HTML is a plus.

Creativity and the ability to develop original content.

Experienced with email marketing – development and execution

Can develop plans and take through to action – engaging relevant stakeholders and managing expectations around timing, process etc.
