Job Summary

  • To assist Line Manager to implement companywide training programs to ensure alignment with business requirements/ strategies and enhance individual and organizational capabilities.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Training planning:
  • Work closely with Divisions/Departments to identify training needs to establish proper training plan.
  • Join field works to deeply understand the business and gain more business insights for training needs & development
  • Monitor the training plan implementation within approved budget
  1. Training implementation:
  • Deliver the training courses for all Divisions
  • Build & update training materials and kits (Lesson plan, slide, activities)
  • Assist in improving training effectiveness by deploying new approaches (multimedia, technology, framework, SOP, etc.)
  • Lead and coordinate with internal trainers and external vendors to implement training courses (Orientation, Technical skill, Personal development, Leadership, etc.)
  • Initially review and complete all service agreements/contracts, complete Vendor Selection Forms, payment…
  • Evaluate and monitor training vendor’s performance, training quality and training results
  • Coordinate with Compliance team for Compliance training implementation
  • Manage eLearning platform and cooperate with all relevant departments to provide eLearning courses.
  • Identify and assess current and future training needs through job analysis with HRBP Team.
  • Design relevant programs and assess their impact on employee performance and loyalty. Collaborate with Employee Engagement Team to foster a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization.
  • Managing Training Budgets: Manage training budget.
  1. Learning Development/ HR project
  • Support Line Manager in tasks related to Learning/ HR projects
  • Propose initiatives and solutions to improve Learning function continuously
  • Provide advice and support to line managers in building training guidelines/procedures/policies accordingly business requirements
  1. Others
  • Manage and develop 2-3 team members of Learning team
  • Manage and keep track of training database, training records & reports and other related training documents. Make reports, analysis, and other ad-hoc tasks as per request by Line Manager

Job Requirements

  1. Qualification
  • University Degree majored in Banking/International business administration/ Human Resources
  1. Work Experience

 

  • At least 5-year relevant experience in Training background is an advantage
  • Previous work experience in a multinational company and/or consumer finance/banking industry is an advantage.
  1. Knowledge

 

  • General knowledge in Human Resource Management industry
  • General knowledge in consumer finance / Banking knowledge in training management, talent development and performance management
  • Fast learning new knowledge of business activities, processes and strategies
  • Strong understanding of the training process
