Job Summary

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Enterprise application monitoring and support

• Monitor and do health check to ensure applications are in good status.

• Support applications to ensure timely fix when having issue.

• Co-work with other stakeholders with effective communication for effective application support, application/system optimization and continuous application/system enhancement.

• Support Application Support Manager to investigate and give out feasible solutions on cost and time manner to ensure applications are timely up-to-date.

• Continuously update knowledge on the company business processes, system workflows and application manual.

• Join Application development team to analyze business, develop and customize existing applications/systems when necessary.

2. Application quality assurance

• Ensure quality assurance for all applications delivered by both external and internal Application Development teams.

• Proactively assist users on testing systems/applications and follow up with timely delivery.

• Manage system documents (user manuals, troubleshooting, system design) to ensure these documents are always up to date with the latest versions from enhancements or bug fixes.

Job Requirements

1. Qualification

• University Degree majored in Information Technology

2. Work Experience

• Minimum 03 years working experience in Application support, Software development and, systems architecture

• Experience on PL/SQL (script and queries)

• Good experience support end user

• Experience on application development (Java…)

• Have working experience in Finance/ Banking/ Insurance is a plus

• Good experience on ITIL framework and process is a plus

3. Knowledge

• Knowledge on software development even join development team to develop when necessary

• Good at trouble shooting, root cause analysis

• Good at analyzing log files

• Support BA & Tester roles in the projects of development team

• Able to communicate effectively with different stake holders

• Good at business analysis and system analysis

• Consult effective solutions for BUs.
