Job Summary

 

The key role is responsible for maintaining business reports and providing in-depth analysis to support decision making

 

Key Accountabilities

 

  1. Manage a reporting team to function well the following tasks:
  • Maintain accurately and efficiently all routine reports to all related departments.
  • Develop new reports to serve business needs for new products or new business activities.
  • Provide data supports or ad-hoc tasks to find out abnormal trends or key business insights.
  • Develop SAS VA reports or dashboards to support business management.
  • Develop mathematical models to support business activities.
  1. Communicate with related departments, stakeholders to identify processes or procedures that can be optimized to enhance the business efficiency.
  2. Collecting data and providing business insights for building, testing modeling projects (customer segmentation, classification) to support business activities.
  3. Bring new initiative ideas to enhance business activities and management, enhance the data-driven culture in business making decision.
  4. Recruit, train and supervise new MIS members.
  5. Build and develop a friendly, open-minded working environment.
  6. Boost SAS VA usage training to all department, to flexible create reporting to increase management efficiency. Implement data governance, build a culture of data usage to avoid leak data and improve performance of data management system.

 

Job Requirements

  1.  Qualification: University degree in MIS/Information System, Data Science, Business Analytics, IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Finance, Economics.

 

  1. Experience: At least two years of experience in Credit Risk Analytics, Retail Banking Analytics, Retail Risk Analytics or Credit Scoring, …, at banks or consumer finance companies with using analytical tools such as advanced Excel, SAS, Oracle, SQL, R.

 

  1. Knowledge: 
  • Having logical thinking, statistical and mathematical knowledge.
  • Experience in banking/consumer finance is required.

 

  1. Skills:                
  • Analytical Thinking: The ability to tackle a problem by using a logical, systematic, sequential approach.
  • Strong at numerical skills, quick learner.
  • Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
  • Languages capability: Good command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese
