Job Summary

  • The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is an integral part of the HR team and the organization. In this role, the HRBP will provide the foundational support and functional expertise that drives proactivity and results across Credit Risk Management Division.
  • This role requires a true HR Generalist who can provide counsel and advise to the Stakeholders on all aspects of human resources including organizational design, compensation, staffing, talent management, employee engagement & branding, succession planning and HRIS.
     

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition, Retention and Management

  • Lead a Talent Acquisition strategy that attracts and retains exceptional colleagues who are deeply committed to the Company. Ensure talent acquisition practices are contemporary and effectively fill open roles.
  • Analyzing Human Resources key metrics (turnover, exit interviews, days to fill positions, cost per hire) and utilize data for process improvements.
  • Execute succession plan for key positions in the organization and organizational structure change update.
  • Advise Stakeholders and employees in people related matters.

2. Vendor management

  • Working with 3P Vendor to manage 3P Staff
  • Contract management and sign off 
  • Working with vendors for job postings and hiring on career pages/headhunters.

3. Policy and legal update: 

  • Review and update policies which assigned from time to time by Line manager.
  • Do gap analysis on changes of regulation/law and advise Line manager for the change and take necessary action.

4. Employee Engagement & branding:

  • Organize engagement activities for the employees on special events like 8th March, Vietnamese Women Day, company trip, year-end party, …
  • Promote the employer branding on Company’s website like Facebook, LinkedIn, …

5. Human Resources Information System

  • Manage the team to update the data on HRIS correctly and on time.
  • Work closely with IT team/Vendor to deploy new features on HRIS to support the business.

Job Requirements

1. Education background    

  • University Graduated

2. Minimum Experience

  • Minimum 08 years working experience in generalist HR or HRBP experience preferably in consumer finance, banking or other relevant business sector. 
  • Solid experience in recruitment for both mass and non-mass recruitment.

3. Knowledge, Competencies, Skills

  • Ability to take commercial insights and translate into the Organization & People agenda to influence the business.
  • Ability take employee feedback, identify trends and themes, develop interventions and engage senior stakeholders behind required actions. 
  • Ability to develop plans and take through to action by engaging relevant stakeholders and managing expectations around timing, process etc.
  • Proven ability to facilitate, persuade, influence and build credibility with all levels and all functions.  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities a must. 
  • Relationship and People Skill; Solutions orientation balanced with delivery focus, Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
