JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB SUMMARY
- Playing checker role in daily tasks, providing an effective quantity and quality, supporting requests from internal and external customers to complete the assigned tasks and achieve the KIPs of D&R. Also giving comment(s)/ idea(s) on daily works to direct leader for process/procedure update/improvement (if any).

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Check loan agreement information
- Modify customers’ disbursal account information
- Disburse loan on LMS system
- Do auto-debit register and auto-debit instruction
- Upload repayment
- Handle requested email for upload pending payments, revert/correct and re-upload transactions
- Refund excess money
- Do early termination
- Checker disbursement, reversal, refund and early termination
- Checker disbursal payments on banking web
- Report daily/monthly/quarterly as requirement
- Assist Team Head to manage Disbursement & Repayment team
- Other tasks when having assignment

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Qualification:
- University graduation (preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration)
- Familiar with financial service software and reporting system
2. Experience:
- At least 6 years of experience in related areas in financial services companies or banks.
3. Skills:
- Good computer literature (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Language capability: Good command of English and Vietnamese
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Attitude

- Be proactive and flexible in working
- Be patient, careful and responsible
- Be able to work under pressure
