Job Summary

The key role is to develop, monitor credit lending policy and provide analytic reports of credit card product. This job holder is also responsible for analytics to review the impact of new credit policies, lending program to give input for higher level in order to have proper action to support for business growth.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Develop/implement/track credit policies and procedures for credit card product
2. Co-ordinate with relevant departments to ensure proper execution of policies by Credit initiation/Credit Operations functions.
3. Monitor the credit quality of credit card portfolio and to adjust the credit policy to maximize the financial benefit of the business while maintaining credit quality as required by credit policy team head/senior management
4. Prepare, submit and retain documents of Credit Risk department including internal policy manual/guideline, external/legal letter, SBV reporting…to ensure the compliance with local/regional requirements.

Job Requirements

1.    Qualification: University Graduate, major in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Statistic, Econometrics or related fields.
2.    Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years experiences in Banking or Consumer Finance with practical knowledge in credit card risk management or credit policy.
3.    Knowledge:

-    Understanding of banking/consumer finance industry and having experiences in Credit Card lending.
-    Basic knowledge in Database with analytical tools: SQL, SAS, Oracle, MS Access…is an advantage
-    Experience in system UAT testing (prefer business logic or rules testing)
-    Good at Excel Pivot table
