Job Title:  C&B Executive

Key Roles & Responsibilities


  1. Payroll Compliance
    1. Data management:
      1. Update employment movement data (new hires/ resigned/promotion/transfer) on Master files.
      2. Annual leave and fingerprint management data
      3. Manage the employee’s personal income tax information like tax code and register tax code for employee.
      4. Filing documents in soft and hard copy.
    2. Payroll data processing
      1. Providing data for payroll team on monthly basis
      2. Calculate and process the monthly payroll/incentive payment on time and accuracy.
      3. Prepare required reports to other Divisions for headcounts, cost allocation and reconciliation.
      4. Be the coordinator for internal and external audit queries regarding in-charged payroll, SHUI and PIT.
  2. HRIS & Reporting
  • Update and manage data on HRIS with accuracy and on time.
  • Run monthly reporting data on system.
  • Deliver monthly HR report & data analytics based on request from different stakeholders.
  • Updating and maintaining HR systems, records, and reports with accurate employee data.
  • Processing changes to employee's circumstances, including preparing accurate and effective documentation/communication and updating relevant databases, systems.


  1. Contract Management
    1. Controlling labor contract and appendix (including renewing contracts).
    2. Contract preparation and get sign off by all relevant parties
    3. Filing and scanning the required documents
    4. Store the employee’s profile in crown
  2. Any other tasks as assigned by Line Manager from time to time


Job Requirements

  1. Education background & experience
  • University degree
  • Experience in relevant C&B and HR general
  • Experience in managing complicated data system
  1. Knowledge
  • Good understanding about Labor Law, PIT, SHUI Law
  1. Skills
  • A problem solver and be able to work independently
  • Interpersonal skills and Logical thinking
  • Solid command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese
  • Ability to organize, prioritize tasks and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good analytical skills required to perform financial modeling and interpretation of data from multiple systems or sources.
  • Good MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, data analytic & reporting skill
