Description:
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Payroll Compliance
- Data management:
- Update employment movement data (new hires/ resigned/promotion/transfer) on Master files.
- Annual leave and fingerprint management data
- Manage the employee’s personal income tax information like tax code and register tax code for employee.
- Filing documents in soft and hard copy.
- Payroll data processing
- Providing data for payroll team on monthly basis
- Calculate and process the monthly payroll/incentive payment on time and accuracy.
- Prepare required reports to other Divisions for headcounts, cost allocation and reconciliation.
- Be the coordinator for internal and external audit queries regarding in-charged payroll, SHUI and PIT.
- Data management:
- HRIS & Reporting
- Update and manage data on HRIS with accuracy and on time.
- Run monthly reporting data on system.
- Deliver monthly HR report & data analytics based on request from different stakeholders.
- Updating and maintaining HR systems, records, and reports with accurate employee data.
- Processing changes to employee's circumstances, including preparing accurate and effective documentation/communication and updating relevant databases, systems.
- Contract Management
- Controlling labor contract and appendix (including renewing contracts).
- Contract preparation and get sign off by all relevant parties
- Filing and scanning the required documents
- Store the employee’s profile in crown
- Any other tasks as assigned by Line Manager from time to time
Job Requirements

- Education background & experience
- University degree
- Experience in relevant C&B and HR general
- Experience in managing complicated data system
- Knowledge
- Good understanding about Labor Law, PIT, SHUI Law
- Skills
- A problem solver and be able to work independently
- Interpersonal skills and Logical thinking
- Solid command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese
- Ability to organize, prioritize tasks and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good analytical skills required to perform financial modeling and interpretation of data from multiple systems or sources.
- Good MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, data analytic & reporting skill
