  1. Summary


  • Assists in developing, coordinating, and enforcing policies, procedures, and productivity standards
  • Identifies strategic goals by gathering relevant business, financial, service, and operations information
  • Helps to coach, advise, and discipline employees.


  1. Key Roles & Responsibilities


  • Analyze business data t propose solutions to meet current and future business market needs
  • Support Division head/Dept head in coordinating business activities of Branches
  • Update business trends in the industry
  • Make proposal to adjust policies
  • Manage operating costs and make recommendations for cost optimizations
  • Manage arising issue of each branch
  • Other tasks assign by line manager



III. Business Requirements



1. Qualification

  • Graduated from University with major in Banking, Finance, Foreign Trade; Economics or economic-related disciplines


2. Work Experience

  • Experience in Sales, Finance, Audit or other relevant business sector


3. Knowledge


  • Preferably Financing, Banking or Economics

4. Skills


  • Analytical, problem-solving; Excel/PowerPoint proficiency
  • Conducting employee performance review
  • Participate in recruitment process
  • Assisting line manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy.
  • Ensuring company policies be followed
  • Motivating employees and ensuring a focus on the mission
  • Completing tasks assigned by the manager accurately and efficiently
  • Interpersonal, good communication
  • Can work under pressure in fast-paced environment either independently or in a team
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with a diversified group of individuals at organization levels
  • Integrity, innovative, customer-oriented, collaborative
  • Confident, aggressive and have a flair for task management
  • PC proficiency and good organization skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
  • Can adapt in a learning work culture
