Job Title: Assistant Telesales Manager
Ho Chi Minh, VN
1. Sales Volume and Performance:
• Driving & delivering sales volume: Achieve assigned sales target from Sales manager
• Maintain and develop to ensure sustainable grown of sales organization: recruit all sales force layers from sales agent to sales supervisor level to achieve the team size. Minimum quantity is around 150 to 200 salespersons.
• Well utilize, develop and training the CRM system for the sales team. Make sure the sales team can well use the system in right manners.
• Conduct training and coaching lesson on weekly/monthly basic to subordinate so as to ensure sales team meet job requirement and beyond.
2. Compliance and Company Policies:
• Ensure sales team follow the company policy, e.g.: fraud , delinquency, code of conduct, core value of the company …
3. Other tasks:
• Other tasks were assigned by sales manager

1. Qualification: University/college (bachelor’s degree) majored in any faculty, prefer in finance, banking, and insurance
2. Work Experience
• Telesales experience is a MUST
• Minimum 05 years working experience finance, banking, and insurance
• With at least 2 years in management role
3. Knowledge: Consumer finance
4. Skills
• Able to communicate effectively with different stake holders
• Able to manage team effectively with large scale
• Able to communicate fluent in English (both written & verbal)
• Microsoft office.
