Description:
- Job Summary:
The scope of this position is managing around 100 to 150 sales agents, deliver from two to three million USD volume on monthly basic.
- Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Sales Volume and Performance:
- Driving & delivering sales volume: Achieve assigned sales target from Sales manager with around two to three million USD per month
- Maintain and develop to ensure sustainable grown of sales organization: recruit all sales force layers from sales agent to sales supervisor level to achieve the team size. Minimum quantity is around 100 to 150 salespersons.
- Well utilize, develop and training the CRM system for the sales team. Make sure the sales team can well use the system in right manners.
- Conduct training and coaching lesson on weekly/monthly basic to subordinate so as to ensure sales team meet job requirement and beyond.
- Compliance and Company Policies:
- Ensure sales team follow the company policy, e.g.: fraud , delinquency, code of conduct, core value of the company …
- Other tasks:
- Other tasks were assigned by sales manager
