Job Title:  Assistant Risk Analytics Manager

Job Summary

This job holder is responsible for producing the analytic packs, generating risk report, having regular review with Policy team on the most updated policy to review the impact of new policy by providing analytics report and supporting Team on new projects assigned. The position is also responsible for segmentation, statistical modeling development, portfolio monitoring for various unsecured lending products, including credit card. 

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1.    Develop and generate risk monitoring reports for credit card and other lending products on regular basis (daily, weekly, monthly…).
2.    Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reports for credit risk management as well as various departments/ functions as requested.
3.    Regularly conducting portfolio review with credit policy to address the trends, issues & inconsistencies, propose action plans.
4.    Cooperating with IT in setting & performing UAT test business rules, scorecard rules in system. 
5.    Periodically monitoring credit risk scorecard models to ensure validity, accuracy, compatibility with business requirements.
6.    Validating external data solutions (external score, alternative data…) from vendors to seek chances of business enhancement.

Job Requirements

1. Qualification: University degree in MIS/Information System, Data Science, Business Analytics, IT & Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, econometrics, Economics or related fields

2. Work Experience
- Experience in developing, generating credit risk report for credit card management is expected.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in risk analytics, data analytics position in bank or finance company.
- Database programming with practical usage of analytical, database programming tools (SAS, Oracle, SQL or other database management systems)
3. Knowledge:
- Knowledge in portfolio management of credit card is big plus.
- Exposure to credit and risk techniques, quantitative analysis, data programming, statistic models.
- Strong at analytic skills, experience users of SAS, Oracle, MSSQL, R, SPSS…
4. Skills:
- Numerical & analytical sense: ability to tackle a problem by using a logical, systematic, sequential approach
- Computer skills: advanced user of excel
- Good time management skill.
