  1. Job Summary:

 

We are looking for a reliable Assistant Product Support Manager who will develop the product, strategic, and management systems, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. He/she will be self-motivated and trustworthy.

 

  1. Key Roles & Responsibilities

 

Assistant Product Support Manager performs a wide range of duties including some or all of the following:

  1. Establish product developing plan to launch new product, expanding strategic partner cooperation by co-work with PD’s planning/ Partnership alliance and relevant departments (25%)
  • Define process, framework for operation process
  • Execute and monitor new business performance
  • Conduct market research to and enhance the product competitiveness, strive for chance to update product policy and process to match with market trend
  • Develop and maintain process manual, guild line of product development
  1. Manage system development request to launch new product/ business includes (25%)
  • Co-work with all departments to define business require development plan, operation process
  • Conduct UAT process to ensure technical feasibility for launching
  • Monitor its performance and request for enhancement as needed
  • Defines and implements report and process to monitor product’s performance post-launching for enhancing and improvement as needed
  1. Manage the system setup and maintain operation of Sales Finance product (CD & Two wheelers loan) includes (25)
  • Set up dealer & product mater data on SF product system
  • Set up and manage promotion program for each dealer
  • Manage the commission and subvention payment with dealer
  1. Support sales team to review special Sales Special Request regarding to loan proposal and process to propose to Head of Product Division for final decision  (15%)
  2. Other tasks assigned by Head of division from time to time (10%)

  1. Qualification
  • University Degree majored in Business Administration/Finance & Banking or any related major
  1. Work Experience
  • At least 3+ years of experience in banking/finance sector and 1+ years experiences as project manager any field is preferable.
  1. Knowledge
  • Knowledge of Retail banking - Consumer finance: products, policies and processes
  • How to research and keep up to date with market’s changing and technology that may impact product development
  • System: loan management
  • Execute and monitor business performance
  • Maintain operation of Sales Finance product, manage dealer, control product list & price
  • Referable experience in a product team/ credit operation
  1. Skills
  • Project Management, System operation
  • Good problem’s solving abilities, able to troubleshoot issues and determine the cause of plan’s success or failure
  • Collaboration, Problem analysis, Presentation skills
  • Ability collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
  • Has strong leadership abilities, Relationship building, Negotiation
  • English – Advance
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Access) and knowledge of CRM
