Job Title: Assistant Credit Policy Manager

Job Summary
The key role is developing and embedding effective credit risk policies that manage and control credit risk across the credit life cycle of credit card products with the objective to balance risk and reward trade-off and to optimize business’ profit/loss, risks and opportunities .
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Develop/implement credit policies and procedures including system setup & testing for credit card products.
2. Conduct regular portfolio performance analysis across the card portfolio to identify high risk, profitable products/ segments.
3. Identify untapped growth/low risk segments and develop appropriate credit policies to increase level of engagement across all Card products
4. Ensure proper execution of policies by Operations functions.
5. Conduct credit loss modelling and forecasting that ensures business performance is highly predictable.
6. Review and prepare reports on ad-hoc basis as required to management level, regulators.
7. Provide adequate training for junior policy staffs to enhance skills/experiences for efficient task delivery.
Job Requirements
- University Graduate, major in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Statistic, Econometrics or related fields.
- 3-5 years experiences in Banking or Consumer Finance or Card organization with practical knowledge in product development, risk policy for credit card product. Experience in unsecured loan/secured loan lending is an advantage
- Understanding in credit card processing/operation/approval mechanism/system.
- Understanding in credit card portfolio management
- Be familiar with local regulations, legal requirements in banking, consumer finance industry.
- Knowledge in database with analytical tools: SQL, SAS…is an advantage
- Good at Excel Pivot table
- Understanding of banking/consumer finance industry and macroeconomics.
