Job Title:  Assistant Credit Card Planning Manager

Job Summary

The Job holder is in charge of Credit card system, dedicated focus on bringing feature to set up in credit card system, cooperate with internal business partners to refind requirements and defined enhancement for credit card product in card system.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Card products and services development (50%)
  • Transform new ideas to marketable products
  • Analyze and improve current product features and services
  • Coordinate with ICT and other departments for enhancing product & service and system
  • Coordinate with Mastercard, ICT and Card operations to ensure good compliance and standard regulations.
  • Closely collaborate with UI/UX and customer experience to delivery card services and functions on Mobile application.
  • Act as project team leader to join the UAT for all new product initiatives/changes. Work with BA tean to ensure the product to meet all business requirements, include but not limit to digital onboarding platform, loan management system and card management system.
  1. Manage product materials (20%)
  2. Manage Fee and Charge (20%)
  • Manage credit card fee and charge and implement pricing stratetegy for company’s credit card product and service
  1. Performance report (10%)
  • Credit Card daily performance report

Job Requirements


1. Qualification

  • University Degree majored in Economics/ Finance/ Banking.

2. Work Experience

  • Minimum 05-06 years working experience in relevant fields.

3. Knowledge


  • Consumer financeCard products, Card operation
  • CMS, LOS, Mobile application
