Job Title:  Assistant Business Analysis Manager

Job Summary

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support internal application projects and analyze system solutions for internal business requirements.
  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with ICT Application Development Manager and ICT project manager to develop system/application for business needs.
  • Be business partner to understand business insights to proactively propose system solutions.
  • Illustrate and develop ideas using storyboards, process flows, UI mockups and prototypes…
  • Prepare user requirement, workflow, data requirement and functional specification document.
  • Work together with the Project team to produce testing plan and testcase.
  • Participate in System integration and User acceptance testing
  • Write user documentation and user’s manuals
  • Ensure meeting deadline and quality standards

Job Requirements

1. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of IT/Computer Science.

2. Requirement:

  • 2 - 6 years of experience in Technical Business Analyst role
  • Strong knowledge in Credit Card management system and business development projects in Banking/Finance
  • Experience in: Data Modeling, PL/SQL, Java, C#, Web Programming
  • Understand technical design and technologies (System Architect, API,...)
  • Can write system workflow, write & execute test case
  • Have basic knowledge in mobile technology & Project Cycle methodologies (Agile, PMP)

3. Other skills & attitude

  • Good English proficiency
  • Good communication skills
  • Teamwork spirit along with ability to work in individual
