Job Title: HRBP Officer (Ho Chi Minh City)

Job Summary
Deliver high quality of service, partnership and support. The HRBP will handle generalist responsibilities including recruitment, compensation and benefits (for non-FTE), on-boarding of new employees, employee relations, performance & talent management, partnering with line management on HR and business needs and special projects.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Recruitment/ movement: understand the business structure and handles all recruitment activities and movement needs for in-charge teams.
- Compensation & benefits: Coordinate with C&B team to ensure monthly payroll for non-FTE in in-charge teams is processed timely and accurately.
- Data management: Update new employee information, change employee information, transfer and termination of employees on the company's human resources system and master file.
- Training: Support new hires in completing orientation/ compliance training courses.
- Employee relations: Deliver employee relations activities and specific communication to employees in department, including discipline consultation.
- Retention/ engagement: Proactively seek understanding of retention/ engagement issues and propose solutions to manage retention and support retention better in in-charge teams.
- HR report: Deliver regular (weekly/monthly) HR reports.
- HR processes: Cooperate with all other HR specialist teams proactively on cross-company HR processes.
Job Requirements
1. Education Background
- University Degree
- HR Certification is a plus.
2. Minimum Experience
- Minimum 3 years working experience in generalist HR or HRBP experience preferably in consumer finance and banking.
3. Knowledge
- General knowledge of Human Resources Management.
- Good knowledge of labor law - ability to prove it on explanation of some employee cases.
- Proven experience recruitment and HRBP.
- Proven ability to come up with ideas to support staff engagement and retention.
4. Skills
- Be pro-active, responsive and service-oriented
- Good communication skills (ability to handle conflict situations, etc.)
- Good ability to build relationship and trust
- Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Good ability for multitasking (manage large portfolio of tasks)
